How to Heal Without Even Trying?
Soften into the Eternal Presence.
Presence is not something you strive towards or seek. You simply yield into the inner/inner—the mystery of the Divine Embrace. And when you least expect it—that which is hidden in the ordinary will reveal the miracle of Life, even in the most challenging moments because you are relaxed and available.
When you bring your attention to the awareness of the here and now, and how it feels in your body and how it moves and expands through your heart, you are making a deeply intimate connection with the perfection of your divinity through the eternal presence. It is from this resonance that your original human design begins to come alive with the blessings of healing. All that is not aligned – your trauma, your grief, your illness, your pain, simply begins to fall away. Each breath entrains with your origination point and therefore, a life of pure authenticity arises in love.
To be present enhances every part of your life. Some people may find this too simple.
But it empowers you and frees you from the pain and limitations of the past and anxiety about the future. At the deeper levels of awakened Presence, you will begin to experience the Eternal Presence that is in everything—that I call the Divine, or God, or Eternal Source.
It is palpable and unmistakable. It is pure consciousness beyond form and content. It is the source from which everything arises and into which everything returns—opening you into an entirely different dimension of yourself and of life. It will bring so much joy and love and peace into your life.
The seat of presence, which is you, is forever deepening. Every time you’re present, it’s like dropping a pebble of Light into a dark pond of human consciousness. We don’t realize the impact that presence can have in our world. If enough of us are present, that’s what will shift the collective. It must reach a critical mass – a tipping point where enough of us are simply present. Then suddenly, people will wake up. They will be fully awake and be present without doing anything. It will spontaneously arise in them because we reached a tipping point.
If we fail to curate this critical mass, then we’ll reap the consequences of our separateness and karmic system.
So, there are huge implications to you being present, both on a personal level in your everyday life because when you’re present, you are love; and in the collective, as it flows into your relationships, changing everyone through this atmosphere of love. A culture of presence also prepares the way for the advanced destiny of the next generation.
This is the path of becoming that which you are already. Once you stabilize your consciousness in this realm, the mysteries begin to reveal something beyond how you know yourself to be. For some of us, this may sound straightforward and at one level it is if our mind is willing to lean into the Divine and open to the ultimate renewal and transfiguration. This is the healing imperative that threads its way through our ego-focus, and eventually, the cells of our body that is currently hardwired to the historical system of karma and its distortions.
There are many practices for dropping into presence that are available to us, including sitting with a teacher who is stabilized in presence. But I won’t expand on these here. We all know the rigour of spiritual practice and the time spent on searching for modalities and spiritual practices that will provide solace for our suffering and lessen the intensity of our life challenges—even for our expansion through awakening. Let me just say, that bringing our awareness into presence is a remembrance that is mirrored to us through the natural world. A tree is present, a flower is present, and our body is present. So, there are simple somatic practices that can lead us back into presence.
However, the human being, as we know ourselves to be, comes with pre-determined hardwiring at birth through our soul that has traveled through time.
Some of us believe that this is the only way that humans will ever be-- this crystallized structure that is rooted in the karmic system of our fallen nature that dictates how our life should unfold. Also, our spiritual traditions have become anchored in the intention of liberating us from the suffering that is perpetuating this karmic system that they are addressing. But with the input of quantum science, the inspiration from awakened spiritual teachers, and the higher frequencies of Light that are showering the planet, we are beginning to reorient ourselves towards the emerging edge and therefore, giving attention to the eternal impulse of evolution that is continually updating life as we know it.
Something new is on the horizon for our spiritual maturity and it is advancing our human embodiment. This is the movement of Divine Intelligence as the gift of Eternal Life and the system of grace.
I’m reminding you right now – you’re not made for this world as it is!
Many of us have worked on ourselves, on our self-development over the years, so it’s very hyper-individuated. We’ve dug up our shadow, our familial history and our lineages and the various things we’ve been given in the last fifty years to free ourselves from the struggle. But this work has a ceiling and can only prepare the way for you to be present. What I’ve recognized, because I’ve worked with people and their lives over the last 25 years, is that there’s no end to it. Have you noticed that? The more you work on yourself, you uncover more to work on—a perpetual loop of digging deeper into the depths of your unconscious with the intention of uncovering the root of what has been challenging you.
Self-reflection is constantly uncovering the next thing to address. We need to recognize that, with this approach, nobody ever gets to the point of completion – OK now I’m done! Now what? And that’s how the karmic system is designed—a cycle of death and rebirth. It’s like trying to get the airplane off the tarmac with only one engine!
How do you get access to what I’m pointing to? How do you claim your seat in the Eternal Presence and activate the new spiritual template that is liberated from the roots of separation and the old karmic system?
Being in the presence is the channel to supreme healing. It’s a deep shift from working on yourself through your time-bound soul, into sourcing your transformation through and entrainment with the Eternal Presence and your limitless indwelling Spirit. Then, your original divine blueprint is activated, and your embodiment begins its transfiguration to reflect the Truth. This is the grand reorientation—into living your life from the new covenant, by accessing the template of Grace.
This is a new level of evolution that humans are being called to that will provide the harmony, and grace that is required to align with something beyond where we are. This is not the end point of our human potential. There has always been a greater dimension of possibility and therefore, another realm of expression that we are meant to prepare for what I refer to as avatar beings. However, people are still trying to bring other human beings into a level of coherence, but it’s still in the old domain of the karmic system.
In the system of grace, you discover that Oneness is already given.
It’s impeccable in its completeness because it streams with the codes of Eternal Life. Within this domain, you don’t self-reflect, you contemplate the whole, never looking back into the past because you’ll lose your connection with this frequency domain. You look forward to what is emerging and access the eternal presence, coming from the origination point that is so particular and so exquisite, where your divinity is illumined, and the refinement is undeniable within an amazing experience of love. This is a domain that is challenging to behold because it shakes up all your old energetic structures. Yield into its embrace. It’s no longer focussed on the soul and no longer dictated by the karma; the weight of family and ancestral history begins to fall away. And this is not spiritual by-passing. It’s an evolutionary leap where something else begins to come into existence. I call this the new covenant.
As you take up residence in this holy womb of evolutionary wholeness, you’ll become less obsessed with your human story (even though I know that our processes are fascinating and keep us distracted from what is really going on.) This doesn’t mean that if you’ve experienced some form of trauma that you don’t need any help with that, but if you stay in attunement with the origination point connection and you develop that, the history will let go in a way that is very powerful and graceful.
For people who are well-trained in a current system of change making, sometimes it’s challenging for them to consider a new egoless possibility that evokes the potentials of humanity that transcends our current systems of manipulation and strategy, and our light architecture that is generated from beyond the karmic system.
So, are you ready for an exploration into the mysterious unknown? This is the uncharted territory of the Eternal Present. Begin by taking a moment to pause and drop your attention into the present moment. What do you feel moving there? Is something new emerging?
